Mar 18 - A deck of mid-level clouds associated with a weak disturbance are present over the area early this morning. The surface layer is still quite dry, so no precipitation is expected for this morning. Given the cloud cover, I`ve bumped up expected morning low temperatures to the mid to upper 30s. This cloud deck should push southwards out of the area by the mid-morning hours as high pressure slides overhead, leaving us with partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies for the remainder of the day and pleasant highs in the
mid to upper 50s alongside light winds. Given expected mixing during the afternoon, have gone with a drier model blend for dewpoints on Monday afternoon with minimum humidities of 30-40 percent at that time.
Increasing cloud cover returns again from west to east tonight ahead of an approaching upper-level trough and associated surface trough. Therefore, tonight`s lows will again be relatively mild in the mid 30s to low 40s.
